Dr. Alan Kennell is dedicated to working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them reach their goals of obtaining smiles of a lifetime. His goals are to provide a fun, friendly, and relaxing environment and to ensure that his patients receive the highest quality orthodontic service.
Dr. Kennell is a native of upstate New York and graduated from Frankfort-Schuyler High School. After high school, he attended Union College in Schenectady, New York, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1997. Dr. Kennell spent the next four years at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001, graduating magna cum laude.
Discovering that orthodontics was his passion, Dr. Kennell continued his education in an orthodontic residency at the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, graduating with a Certificate in Orthodontics. Dr. Kennell also holds a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology for his endeavors in the field of dental research. Additionally, he has co-authored several articles published in various prestigious dental journals.
